The curations team is responsible for submission review. This includes organising the call for submissions and reviewing the short films to finalise a screening order.

Content Management and Development

The content management team is in charge brand recognition and coherence. They are responsible for the design of the festival’s logo and work closely with the marketing team to incorporate this logo on to the promotional materials, including a TV advert.

Data Collection and Analysis

The evaluation team oversees the other teams to collect information used for data analysis. This is then used for marketing purposes for selling tickets.

The event organisation team manages the event bookings, catering and health and safety assessments to make sure the event runs smoothly.

Promotion and Marketing Team
