By submitting your film you confirm that you are the director of it and you accept to take legal responsibilities toward it. It is expected that filmmakers still hold all of the respective rights required for their film before submitting. This includes all music, sound effects, product placement, actor/model release forms, etc, as well as any images associated with the film such as posters / behind the scenes photos. First Frame may use these images on our website and social media page. Through submitting material, the film director releases the festival from any claims by applicant or copyright holders regarding the use of any submitted material. We have the right to choose whether or not a submission is suitable for display based on its quality, content, or copyright.
